Game is setted in medival-ish and today's theme in a Underworld

Skully Skuller - main protagonist

Skelly Skuller - planned 2nd playable after finishing game to unlock co-op mode

Princess Tiara Rubin - ruler of Underworld, unlockable after finishing the game as a reward (gives you special abilities)

Badlander - main antagonist

Queen Crown Crow - antagonist's companion

STORY (so far)

Skully Skuller (Main character you controll during the game, protagonist) decided to go for a little vacations from being a shop keeper with his sister Skelly Skuller (planned to be 2nd playable), after they arrive at the place they were suposed to take vacation they see that Badlander (main antagonist) and Queen Crown Crow (companion of antagonist) kindnaps Tiara Rubin (protagonist companion), they decided to help Tiara (TBC)
